Owners of U.S. Federal Trademark Registrations should be aware that, once registered, they will be subject to solicitations from false trademark registers which are unaffiliated with any government organization providing no additional protection whatsoever.  Today we received one of these solicitations and in an effort to protect the public and our customers have attached the same for review.

The solicitations come in the mail and purport to register your trademark in the “International Catalogue of Trademarks” or “Registration of International Trademarks.” With decades of combined experience registering trademarks here in the U.S. as well as around the world, we at TTC are confident that the consumer receives no value nor are they obligated to pay the registration fee for these highly suspect registers.

To extend your trademark internationally from the U.S., one would do so either under the Madrid Protocol Filing through the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office or file directly with the official government agencies for the countries in which protection is desired.

So if you receive a solicitation such as that contained below please feel free to disregard the same.
